Names can be printed in upper or lower case.  Use 1, 2 or 3 lines, whichever you prefer.  You are allowed 20 characters per line including spaces.  Your name tape will be printed with the exact spelling you provide us.  We will only be responsible if a misspelling is our mistake.  Thanks !
